As a foreword, this is YOUR photoshoot, I'm only there to take the pictures. When you book a photoshoot, I take dozens of pictures, and through my expertise, will pick photos that you will fall in love with.
Typically, the ratio of time spent at the photoshoot and the time spent editing photos is 1:1. For example, if the photoshoot takes an hour, the editing process will take about an hour as well.
I can help you with locations, poses, and angles, but I love when clients have ideas that they want to try, locations that are special to them, and/or poses they would like to try. I love for you as a potential client to have a general idea of what they have in mind for their photoshoot before contacting me, but I am more than willing to answer any questions you might have.
Check out this general breakdown of possible photography packages.
"How quickly do I get my photos after a photoshoot?"
I try to get photos back to clients within 2-4 weeks, but express editing can be done, I also require payment or a payment plan before I give photos out.
"How do I get my photos?"
I upload finished photos into a Google Drive Folder, where clients get access to all their photos to download from there.
"Do you require a deposit to schedule a photoshoot?"
I only require a deposit for a photoshoot where a client is looking for 20+ finished photos.
"Do you use a watermark or signature?"
I use a small watermark with an opacity of 50% in the bottom left corner.
"Do you provide me the RAW files?"
I do not provide RAW files to clients under most circumstances; however, everything has its price.
"I'm not from the Bay Area, how far are you willing to travel?"
I am willing to travel, if I am compensated for my gas, and $15 per hour of travel. I drive a Toyota Corolla, so the MPG is great.
For example, if I travel to LA for a photoshoot, I would charge $180 for the round trip, (12 hours roundtrip) as well as gas money.
"Do you do videography?"
Most of my videography experience is in drone filming, but I can make TikToks and Instagram reels, or assist clients with that.
"What's the best way to reach you?"
The fastest way would be Instagram or by phone, but if it isn't urgent, email works too. If you don't hear from me in 1-2 days, please try a different method.
"How can I pay you?"
I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash, or PayPal.
I will accept checks, but charge a $50 fee for a bounced check.
"Do I need to pay you in full at one time?"
I am willing to set up bi-weekly or monthly payments.
